BOOKING PROCEDURE :After having requested a quote for your journey, we will check the pricing and availability of your requested service. We will wait for your approval before sending you the confirmation of your booking, indicating the contact details of your chauffeur.
Please note that our prices are all-in, with no additional costs. Eventual fees related to toll-road, parking or waiting time following the late arrival of your train or flight will not be charged.
PAYMENT AND INVOICING
Depending on the level of service, a pre-payment might be required. Otherwise, you can proceed with the payment by credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Amex) or in cash directly with the chauffeur at the end of the journey.
For the corporate clients, tour operators, concierge companies, travel agents, we propose either a bank transfer or remote credit card payment, to settle the invoice in advance for your client.
For eco-friendly purposes, our invoices will only be sent by email. Please ask make your request to your chauffeur or by contacting us by email or telephone.

Private DRIVER and its team have taken the required measures in order to adapt to this unprecedented health crisis. The safety and protection of our customers and drivers are our absolute priority, this is why we have implemented specific measures : - Separation between the passengers and the driver via a Plexiglass window, - Systematic disinfection and ventilation of vehicles after each service, - Individual hydroalcoholic gel and bottle of water on request of the passenger(s) Of course, our drivers regularly apply the barrier measures while wearing a mask and gloves.
