Prior to greeting you at the arrivals of your train station or airport, your chauffeur will have checked your flight or train numbers, as well as your arrival location and time.
Your chauffeur will arrive at least 15 minutes earlier at your arrival location and will be waiting for you with a sign indicating your name. He will then assist you in carrying your luggage and skis towards the vehicle.
A VIP-greeting can be arranged on arrival in certain airports, please do not hesitate to indicate us this request and, depending on availability, we will organise this service including the access to the airport VIP lounge, while your chauffeur will take care of your luggage in the vehicle.
